Three-year agreement between Alma Mater, the Municipality of Bologna, CINECA, the Municipality of Barcelona and Barcelona Supercomputing Centre on the "digital twin" for the development of innovative functions and advanced computational methods to provide a forecasting and management tool supporting public urban policies.
