Alma Idea is a €1 million University-funded programme to support basic research. It covers two main courses of action: Alma Idea Second Best ERC, aimed at teachers and researchers who submitted an excellent Horizon 2020 ERC project but could not access funding, and Alma Idea Grant, which will support innovative basic research ideas with long-term potential.
